Instructions for bidding

1、Bidding Privileges

① Depending on the situation, you may be asked to pay a deposit to obtain the bid credit. ※ The minimum deposit is not less than 100,000yen.

※Bid credit=deposit*20.

※The deposit will be credited toward lots purchased and any balance will be refunded within 7working days after the auction. 

② If you successfully get items and pay later than the deadline, your bid credit may be cancelled and you will be required to pay a deposit when you bid again.

③ If we cannot contact you at all after you get successful bids, or if you refuse to pay without a valid reason,you will not be allowed to participate in all our future auctions.

2、About invoice

We will send you an email on the next business day after the auction ends (Sunday andMonday are closed days) to remind you to choose your payment method andshipping method to get your own invoice.

3、About payment

① We cannot accept credit card payment.

② In principle, we do not accept paypal payment for some reason. If you are really uncomfortable with other means of payment, then we will accept paypal payment. Paypal fee is 4.4%. You need to contact us for payment information.

③ After you choose the payment method, our payment information will be shown.

④ Auction payment deadline: 14 days after the live auction. 7 days after the monthly auction.

4、About shipping method

① Please refer to https://en.auction-world.co/news/post.jspfor shipping fee details.

② Currently, Fedex Japan cannot accept coins or collectibles.

③ Some countries cannot be sent packages by post. Including Australia, Canada.

④ The shipping method you can choose when you get successful bids is what we can provide for you.

⑤ If you have any notes that you would like us to take when sending your package, please fill in the memo part when you choose your shipping and payment method.

Buyer‘s premium & Consignment fee

Buyer‘s premium : 11%

Since we have not been able to resolve the issue of consumption tax in Japan for overseas consignments. As of May 12,2021, we are temporarily not accepting consignments from overseas. We are working on a solution. When we can accept consignments again, we will notify here. Thank you for your kind understanding.
