Please read the following auction rules of NET WORLD COINS HK carefully before participating in the auction. Each auction is operated based on its own rules. Unless otherwise specified, Auction World assume no responsibility for each auction. Article 1: Scope of Application

(1) As the first overseas partner of AW, these rules are formulated by NET WORLD COINS HK Co.Ltd in accordance with relevant laws and regulations in Hong Kong. They apply to all consignors, bidders, and buyers participating in collectible trading activities on the AW platform (www.auction-world.co). Please refer to AW Auction Service Rules for rules governing all our services. The following provides a detailed overview of key sections of the auction rules.

Article 2:Authenticity Guarantee

Please be aware our company does not guarantee that the items provided are flawless. Items not authenticated by PCGS, NGC, or JNDA are not guaranteed to be genuine. All items not graded by the aforementioned three agencies are sold as-is no return.

Article 3:Company's Authority in Auctions

(1) The company does not entertain requests to change auction prices or cancel bids without valid reasons.

(2) Please ensure that the entered bid reflects the price you genuinely intend to offer. The consequences of errors in bid amounts due to input mistakes are the responsibility of the bidder. The company does not accept changes or cancellations of bid amounts. We recommend double-checking your bid before participating in the auction.

Article 4:Closing and After-Sales

(1) After asuccessful bid, the company will charge a 15% commission based on the hammer price.

Calculation of Auction Commission :

For example :

Hammer Price:¥10,000 

Commission:¥1,500 (15% of the hammer price)

Total: ¥11,500

(2) Auction Closure and Payment

After winning an item, please check your bill in the member center. The amount due includes the hammer price, commission fee, shipping fee, and insurance. Any additional costs during the shipping process will be borne by the buyer. Our company does not facilitate face-to-face transactions or self-pickup; all auction items are delivered by mail. Upon confirmation of full payment, items will be dispatched within five working days in order.

Article 5:Payment

(1) Buyers must make payment in Hong Kong dollars within 7 days after the auction closes.Buyers are responsible for item shipping costs and any additional fees beforethe items are delivered. For direct transfers from outside Hong Kong, overseasbank transfer fees will apply. Shipping costs and insurance will vary based onthe value, weight, and volume of the items.

(2) Failure tomake payment within the specified period will result in the cancellation of the transaction and the bidder's disqualification.

(3) Payment Account (Bank Payment): In addition to the buyer's local bank remittance service fee, a service fee from the Hong Kong bank receiving the payment willbe incurred 250HKD/transaction)

(4) Inaccordance with the Hong Kong Banking Ordinancethe Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-Terrorist Financing Ordinance,registration regime for dealers inprecious metals and stones and other regulations, any transaction of HKD 120,000 or morein Hong Kong during the course of business must be declared to the Hong KongCustoms .

(5) After theauction closes, please promptly coordinate with our company for the handover ofwon items. For items not mailed within 30 days from the payment deadline due toreasons on the customer's end, a storage service fee will be applied. The feestructure is as follows: HKD 1,000 per month for items weighing up to 1 kg. Foritems exceeding 1 kg, the fee is HKD 1,000 per month per kilogram.

(6)If we believe you have defaulted on payment, we will take the following actions:

①If the successful bidder has not paid the full amount by the payment deadline, for any reason such as the recipient's address being unknown or the recipient refusing to receive the auction items, and if the full amount is still not paid after we send a payment reminder to the registered email of the successful bidder, the successful bidding will be considered canceled without further remind. Once the successful bidding is canceled, the successful bidder will lose all rights to the won items, and we have the right to auction the items again without notifying the successful bidder.

②If the successful bidding is canceled, the successful bidder must pay the Hong Kong company a default penalty of at least 20% of the winning bid amount, with a minimum charge of HKD 200 if the total penalty amount is less than HKD 200. This default penalty will be used as compensation for our lost and related costs of re-auctioning. At the same time, the account of the member will be blacklisted, canceling their qualification to participate in all future auctions .

③To remove the blacklist status, in addition to paying the above-mentioned default penalty to the Hong Kong company, you must also submit an additional bidding deposit to AuctionWorld.

④The deposit you paid will be used to cover the default penalty.

Please note that once the transaction is cancelled, our company will terminate your bidding qualification。

Article 6:Returns

(1) Returns require a valid reason approved by the company. The return period is within 7days from the auction closing date. However, returns will not be accepted underthe following circumstances:

1.The condition of the item differs from its state at the closing of the auction.

2.Buyer has won the auction and completed settlement, even though bidder is unable to preview the item before bid.

3.Items explicitly marked as non-returnable, such as those indicating "No Returns," "Authenticity Uncertain," or "Era Uncertain."

4.Payment is made beyond the payment deadline.

5.Items mistakenly bid on.

6.The slab case(PCGS,NGC,etc) has been broken.

7.Returns without a valid reason.

8.Buyer has performed repairs, alterations, or modifications on the purchased item after receiving it.

9.Items other than PCGS, NGC, or JNDA will not be accepted for return.

Article 7:Others

(1) Descriptionsin catalogs, advertisements, and web page explanations related to auction itemsare for reference only. Details provided by the company (author, era,dimensions, weight, material, color tones, techniques, provenance, condition,title, damage, restoration, etc.) serve as the company's interpretation of the items and do not constitute the basis for influencing the market value of theitems.

(2) Images of auction items may not necessarily fully express the color tones, colors,materials, etc. of the items. Some defects in items may not be visually apparent. Therefore, the company bears no legal responsibility for the contentsof catalogs and other promotional materials.

(3) The company does not currently offer preview services.

(4) For any questions regarding auction items, please contact customer service. Our Company will endeavor to accommodate your reasonable requests, including providing additional videos, images or other relevant information.
