About Consignment
1. Applicationfor consignment
(1)Customers must provide true and valid identity documents.【Forexample: passport, ID card, Hong Kong and Macao pass, entry receipt, etc.】
(2)Please fill in the necessary information on the bidding application form and mailit to the company together with the lot.
(3)Please be sure to keep a copy of the photo submission application form.
(4) Whenthe consignor sends the lot to the company, we recommend that you add insuranceand make legal customs declarations. Our company does not assume anyresponsibility if problems occur during customs clearance and transportation.
(5)Please be aware that If true and valid identification documents cannot beprovided or the content in the auction application form are incomplete, andcannot confirm it with the person who submitted, the item will not be arrangedfor auction.
(6)Customers are also welcome to come directly to the office (please make anappointment before visiting).

(7) Our company will give a temporarystorage document to the non-network users. Network users can view it in thepersonal center.
2. Reserve Price (Starting Price)
(1) Theconsignor can set a reserve price for the lot, and the company will default thereserve price as the starting price.
(2) Forlots without a reserve price. Regardless of the auction price, please respectthe auction results.
(3) Thereserve price should include the company’s commission fee (Example: For lotswith a reserve price of HK$10,000 and the product is sold at the reserve price,the company will pay the seller HK$9,000 after deducting 10% commission fee.)
(4) Ifyou set reserve price, 5% of the hammer price will be occurred for theunsuccessful bid fee.
(5) Thecommission fee is 5% of the reserve price, and the minimum fee starts from HKD100. (Example: The reserve price is set to HK$1,000, and the commission is notHK$50, but HK$100)
(6) Thecompany has the right to set a starting price lower than the reserve price. Ifthe lot is not sold, it will charge a non-successful fee of 5% (5% of thehighest bid or the amount at least HKD 100). If the lot is unsold, no fee willbe charged.
(7) Ifthe reserve price is not clearly filled in, but there is a "desiredprice", "starting price" and other similar content, we will setthis price as the reserve price, which is the starting price. If the lot is notsold, a non-successful commission fee will also be charged. 5% (5% of thehighest bid or the amount at least HKD 100).
3. The minimum price for the auctionwill be the starting price specified by the company or the reserve pricespecified by the seller, with a minimum starting price of HK$100 for each bid.
4. The company has the authority tosplit or merge the lots for auction without notifying the client.
5. After the company and its agencyreceive the lot, we will arrange for it to be auctioned on the company'swebsite. If the company's appraisal team determines that the lot is notsuitable, it will be returned to the sender. Postage, insurance and customs taxeswill be borne by the sender.
6. Auction charges
(1) Whenthe lot is sold, 10% of the hammer price commission will be charged. Theminimum is HK$100 per lot.

7. About Settlement
(1) Forthe settlement, payment will be made in sequence after the payout deadline (foronline auctions, you will receive the payment within two weeks after the payoutdeadline).
(2) Thesettlement amount will only be remitted to the account designated by theconsignor.
(3) Thebank transfer fees and taxes in the home country of the consignor shall beborne by the consignor.
(4) Inaccordance with the Hong Kong 《Banking Ordinance》, 《the Anti-MoneyLaundering and Counter-Terrorist Financing Ordinance》,《registration regime fordealers in precious metals and stones》 and other regulations,any transaction of HKD 120,000 or more in Hong Kong during the course ofbusiness must be declared to the Hong Kong Customs .
(5)Pleasenote that the settlement currency for this auction is Hong Kong dollars

(1)Basically, our company accept consignment in Hong Kong only.
(2)Japanese customers can send the lot directly to the Japanese agent company,while other overseas customers can send the lot themselves or entrust an agentin Hong Kong.
9. Legal Responsibilities for Consignment
(1) Theconsignor should ensure that the origin of the lot is legal and that it has thelegal right to dispose of it.
(2)Please be aware that all legal disputes and financial liability arising fromlegality shall be borne by the consignor. Our company and the agent companyonly provide related network and other technical services, and do not bear alljoint and several legal and compensation liabilities.
(3) Afterthe auction is completed and settled. If the item is identified as acounterfeit by the company, the company has the right to require the consignorto return the full settlement amount for the item.
1. Restrictions on Auction ServiceUtilization
(1)Customers who register as members on the AW company website(www.auction-world.co) and obtain an ID can participate in the auction.
(2) Ourcompany and its agencies reject any anti-social persons and their relatedpersons who abuse the service and cause trouble to others.
2. ID registration information
Whenregistering an ID, please ensure that you fill in true and reliable informationand if the information changes, please update it yourself.
3. Customer Responsibility for ID andPassword
If thecombination of ID and password used by a third party is consistent with theinformation registered by the customer, our company will consider that theregistered user himself is using it. Services performed with this ID and feesincurred when purchasing goods
(Expensesrelated to using the company's services, or when the company is entrusted by athird party to claim debt for the ID) will be borne by the registered user.
4.Considerations that must be observed when using the services of the company andits agency
Whenusing the services of the company and its agencies, please resolutely refrainfrom the following behaviors and activities that may induce the followingbehaviors.
(1)Violate the laws of mainland China, Hong Kong, Japan and the country or regionwhere the customer is located
(2)Violate social norms, public order and good customs, harm the interests ofothers, or publicly cause trouble to others
(3) Actsthat destroy or damage hardware, software, etc. being used by other customers
(4) Actsthat destroy or damage the hardware, software, etc. being used by the company
(5) Actsthat interfere with the company’s services, the company’s advertisements, andthe services provided on the company’s website
(6)Collecting personal information and resume information of other customerswithout reason
(7) Actsof using services for other purposes
(8)Behavior of using other customer IDs
(9)Obtain other people’s IDs and passwords, or tell others their IDs andpasswords, regardless of any method used
(10)Using the company’s services to directly or indirectly provide benefits toanti-social forces
5. Prohibition on reuse of servicesof our company and agents
After theuser uses the services of the company and the agency to do something thatviolates the purpose of providing the service, the company and the agency havethe right to immediately terminate the service and pursue all legal liabilitiesfor this violation.
6. Compensation to the Company andAgents
When adispute arises due to a user's personal behavior and the company is forced topay compensation, the costs paid by the company (including attorney fees) shallbe borne by the user.
7. Regarding stopping the use of services anddeleting IDs
(1) Forthe operation of various services provided by the company and its agencies, ifthe following circumstances occur, the company may, without notifying the user,delete data or content, stop the user from using some or all services, deletethe customer's ID, etc.
(2) Whenthe user violates these Terms of Use, or the company determines that the usermay violate these Terms of Use.
(3) Therewas a delay in payment when buyer bought the company's lot.
(4) Whenthe user has experienced bankruptcy or bankruptcy reorganization or otherthings that may affect the user's credit.
(5) Thecompany and its agency determine that an ID has been registered or used bymembers of anti-social forces or related personnel, or may be used by them.
(6)Others, the trust relationship with the customer is lost, and the company andits agency determine that it is difficult to maintain a correspondingcontractual relationship with the user.
8. Changes to these Terms of Use
Whennecessary, the company and its agents may change part or all of these Terms ofUse without notifying members. However, when there is a major impact on memberswho are using the company's services, we will notify you in a reasonablemanner.

10.Prohibition on Transfer of Rights and Obligations
Theuser's may not transfer their rights and interests to a third party without theconsent of the company and its agency.
11. Law,Jurisdiction
(1) Theestablishment, validity and interpretation of this Terms of Use shall begoverned by the laws of Hong Kong, China and Japan.
(2) Anydisputes (arbitration) or litigation between the company and its agency'sservices (including publishing content and advertisements) and customers shallfall under the jurisdiction of the Hong Kong District Court.
12. Restrictions on the Application ofthe Utilization Statute
If theprovisions of this Terms of Use violate the relevant laws of Hong Kong, Chinaand Japan, the relevant laws and regulations of Hong Kong, China and Japanshall prevail. However, the remaining parts shall be subject to this Agreement.
