Please read the following auction rules of each company carefully before participating in the auction. Each auction is operated based on its own rules. Unless otherwise specified, we assume no responsibility for each auction. Please contact each auction company directly if you have any questions or concerns regarding their products or auctions.

Gavel Art Auction Bidding Rules

① How tobidding

Guests who haveregistered with AW and are qualified to participate in the auction canparticipate in on-site bidding directly through the AW website.

Please apply forthe bidding amount in advance based on the value of the lot.

Note: In the caseof the same bid, the winning bid will be given to the on-site guest first.

② Buyer’sfee:

The buyer'shandling fee is 18% of the auction price,the tax is 1.8%, and the total handlingfee is 19.8%.

Example:  Hammer price                       10,000yen

                 Hammer drop handling fee   1,800 yen

                 Tax                                        180 yen

                 Need to pay 10000＋1800+180 = 11980 yen

③ Return

All itemspurchased from Gavel Fine Arts Auction Co., Ltd. are non-refundable, so pleasebid with caution.

④　Shipping fee

The bill displayedonline after the auction does not include shipping charges. After the lot isweighed and piece-wise, it will be credited to the bill for collection.

※A flat rate of 10,000 yen will be charged for packing. Calculation of postage: After weighing the bids and checking the size of the bids, we will calculate the postage fee.
